Stormtrooper Jacob French is walking from Perth to Sydney, Australia (we are talking about 4000 kilometres) in an effort to raise money for the Starlight Foundation. French is a member of the 501st Legion of Storm Troopers. Part of the mission of this international group is to use their Star Wars costumes to contribute "to the local community through costumed charity and volunteer work." You can follow French's trek on Twitter. Below is an interview French recently did and a map from Google showing the distance. I guess I will not complain anymore about walking the dogs.
